The academy teaches Wing Chun Kung Fu to children, in age groups called Panda's, Tigers and Dragons. 1 Lessons pay attention to the history and theory behind the techniques, and the children's programme says it helps children recognise bullying and stand up for themselves. 4 5 Lessons are built so students join at their own level, even without a sports background, and everyone starts in the basic programme. 6
