About this place
Classes are held in small groups with experienced teachers, in the atmosphere of a real working art studio. 1 The school says its drawing course follows a method developed by a practising artist that combines classical art education with contemporary practice. 4 The clay course teaches hand-building techniques such as coil building, pinching and slab construction, alongside basic mosaic techniques. 7 The sewing course starts with simple shapes and basic stitches, and children also learn to use the studio's sewing machines. 10
